Before your first class

Your first visit should feel simple and welcoming. Here is everything you need to know before you walk through the door.
Choose Your Class
Select a date through our free-class form. Your waiver will be emailed to you to sign before class.
Come a Little Early
Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can welcome you, answer questions, and fit you for a uniform if you are taking a Gi class.
Bring the Basics
Comfy workout clothes and sandals are perfect. Bring water, and we will guide you through everything else.
