Good to Know Before Class.

What if my child is nervous to try?

A new room and new people can feel like a lot. Let us know before class so we can introduce your child to a coach and help them get comfortable. Start with a small goal: meet the team and try something new. Read our guide for parents →

Does my child need any experience?
